Crucible was forged in frustration.

Todd has spent his career inside mining operations, working at the intersection of production, cost, and performance. He understands where plans meet reality, and where systems usually fall over.
Jonathan Mackay - Software Engineer
Jono builds modern data and software systems that survive operational complexity. His focus is on open architectures, explicit logic, and platforms that can evolve without locking sites in.
Chris Valentine - Mechanical Engineer
Chris brings a systems and asset-focused perspective, grounded in how equipment, people, and processes interact on site. He focuses on driving cultural and systemic changes, and making sure it sticks.
